Updating e Firmware - Turn o your BodyBeat Sync and connect it to a computer using the provided

mini USB cable. Press and hold the Tempo Select Button, then press and hold the Start / Stop - On

/ O Button to power the unit on. e BodyBeat Sync will load into Update Mode, and the Updating Icon

will appear in the lower right corner of the LCD display.

Plugging the BBS-1 into the USB port may automatically turn the unit on in some cases.

Holding down the Tempo Select Button when this happens will result in the BBS-1 loading into

Update Mode as well.

Note: You will need to have downloaded and installed the BodyBeat Sync USB soware for your

particular Operating System as well as downloaded the latest rmaware *.bin le. e latest ver

sions of both will always be available at the following locations.
